This red wine is made from old Garnacha Tintorera vines. It has an impenetrable purple-violet color with a dark blue sheen, delicious fruit aromas and a slight hint of balsamic tones. The flavor is round with a very pleasant acid finish. When fresh, this wine grows in the mouth, and after just a few seconds, it demonstrates a wonderful variety of flavors and memories. The wine goes well with meats, roasts, cheeses, typical Mediterranean dishes, with tomatoes and fine herbs, such as thyme, oregano, rosemary, bay leaf and pepper.
